As Growth Lead at Prodos, I am responsible for the online growth of our clients. I translate the strategic plans and annual objectives into concrete weekly targets and action points that we pick up as a team. I have been active in the online marketing world for over 10 years now. Started out as a Paid Search specialist but have expanded my knowledge to affiliate and social media marketing.
What I like most about working at Prodos is working on a performance basis with clients. This way we focus on actually adding value and everyone has the same focus. It also forces you to look at the long term and how you can help a client really stand out.
Apart from the occasional game of table tennis or darts in the office, we spend most of our working days behind a screen. That is why I like to spend time outside of work doing sports such as: football, fitness or a game of padel. Furthermore, I love to travel and together with my partner I make a trip to a faraway country at least once a year. A distant country to discover new cultures and to the snow for a week of winter sports! The time that remains is spent cooking, eating with friends or watching a football match. I think my colleagues know me as someone who has a lot of energy and can quickly switch between different subjects.
