Storage period

We will not keep your data any longer than necessary to realize the above mentioned goals.
–     Client details on quotes, invoices and payment details are kept for 7 years for our legal obligation to keep records.
–     E-mail messages, chat messages and online contact forms are kept for 5 years as that is the legal limitation period for claims for compensation and these data can serve as evidence.
–     Data for personalising our website (Google Analytics) is kept for 50 months.
–     You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Under each newsletter you will find an option to do so.
–     Entries in our portfolio on our website will only be removed after you have submitted a request for removal to us.

Prodos bv does not sell or rent your data to third parties. Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement you have entered into with us. Prodos bv requests identification for all requests, so that we can be sure that the request was made by you. If you wish, we will send your personal data to you so that you can transfer it to another party. The data will be provided in an Excel file.
